MCC Meat Canning

February 2nd, 2010

March 9th is the Brethren in Christ day to provide volunteers for MCC meat canning at the Cumberland Valley Relief Center. Work will begin at 5:00 a.m. and last until they finish between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. They especially need help in the early morning hours and between 3:30 and 6:00 p.m. Tuesday is a critical day in the canning schedule. They like to do an extra batch in case of problems with weather or other reasons later in the week. Lunch and snacks will be available all day. The quilt room will be open if there are ladies that would like to work there. They would like to know approximately how many are helping. If you plan to help, please contact Jay Hess.

The youth will be going to meat canning. You will be responsible to get to the MCC building and can arrive when it suits you. The Christ Crusaders advisors will provide a way home. Youth will leave for home at 9:00 p.m.

Wednesday Evening Service

March 10th at 7:30 p.m. Adult prayer meeting and Bible study Good News club and youth Bible study.

Sunday Evening Service

February 2nd, 2010

March 14th at 7:00 p.m. The Christ Crusaders will be showing Life Without Limbs.

Fellowship Meal

February 2nd, 2010

March 21st there will be a fellowship meal following the morning worship service. Each family bring 1 hot and 1 cold dish of food. Hope to see you there!!

Trustee Board Meeting

Communion and Foot Washing Service

February 2nd, 2010

March 25th (Thursday) at 7:00 p.m.

Foot-washing and communion service with Bro. Kevin Lay speaking, Bro. Lay pastors the Mt. Tabor BIC church. There will be a communion service again on Sunday morning, March 28th.

Youth Ice Skating Activity

February 1st, 2010

March 26th from 7:00 to 8:50 p.m. The Christ Crusaders will be going ice skating. The cost will be $6.00. Everyone is responsible for their own expense.

Revival

January 31st, 2010

March 30th through April 4th Spring Revival with Bro. Noel Scott. Week nights at 7:30 p.m. , Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Penn View Bible Institue Choir & Ensemble

January 31st, 2010

April 16th (Friday) at 7:30 p.m. The Penn View Bible Institute Choir and Ensemble will be sharing with the Montgomery Church.
